From Consulting Boardrooms to Biohacking Retreats: A Different Kind of Growth Partner

WhealthCo was born at the intersection of two worlds: high-stakes corporate consulting and deeply personal healing. Originally launched as a women’s health community, its name has evolved — now blending "wealth" and "health" to reflect a deeper mission: helping health leaders grow profitable businesses rooted in integrity, innovation, and well-being.

Behind it all is Dasha Maximov — a strategist, biohacker, and surfer with a sharp business mind and a very real story.

Meet Dasha

Before founding WhealthCo, I spent nearly a decade in corporate consulting. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, I worked in operations and supply chain strategy, and later mergers & acquisitions. By 29, I was an acting director helping Fortune 100 companies solve complex growth challenges.

Then I hit my head. Literally.

While pursuing a master’s in neuroscience in London, a serious concussion (paired with frustrations navigating the Western medical system during my mother’s cancer) forced me to rethink everything. The world of biohacking — and the inefficiencies of traditional care — became personal.

As a patient, I saw the gaps. As a businesswoman, I saw the opportunities.

Doctors are often brilliant at medicine but overwhelmed by business. I realized that if I could help clinics grow smarter, more people would discover the therapies that changed my life.

What I Have Built

Co-founder of the Health Optimisation Summit, Europe’s largest alternative health conference


Hosted sold-out biohacking retreats for women in the Dominican Republic


Built a consulting portfolio across high-end concierge clinics, wellness centers, and health tech startups


Advised doctors and clinic teams on HRT, peptide, and longevity

strategies — including suggesting podcast guests and community education formats for clinics like Pravan Health and Biohack Lab

I’ve also run podcasts, created panels, and grown a community of forward-thinking doctors, founders, and innovators.

What Grounds Me

​I live in the Dominican Republic where surfing is my therapy, teacher, and playground. It keeps me humble, joyful, and deeply connected to nature — a balance I couldn’t find in the high-pressure cities I once called home.

Every day I paddle out, I’m reminded that growth isn’t linear, timing is everything, and joy matters.
